Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Graphic Designer, based in Chandigarh with flexibility to work from home on certain days. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for

>> Creating compelling visual designs, ability to design ads and social media creatives (subtle, not loud)

>> Developing branding materials,

>> Marketing creatives, and

>> Working as a team with photographer to communicate the essence of The Formal Club's mission.

>> The candidate will collaborate with the marketing and content teams to bring creative visions to life, while ensuring brand consistency.

>> Quick with iterations

Video Editor requirements:

– Skilled at editing reels for Instagram

– Bonus: ability to edit longer-form content for YouTube

– Good pacing, storytelling, and clean transitions

Qualifications

• Graphics and Graphic Design skills to create visually appealing and innovative designs
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in fashion-related design projects is a plus
