About Us

Taupe is a fast-growing, science-backed skincare brand dedicated to sensitive skin, using unique vegan milk and probiotics in all our products. We’re building an exciting, creative, and high-performance team to scale our brand across India and beyond.

Role Overview

Graphic Designer

What You’ll Do

Design high-quality
social media posts
(static, carousel, and stories) aligned with brand guidelines.
Create
packaging labels
that reflect our premium and sensitive-skin-focused identity.
Design
posters, flyers, and offline marketing materials
.
Develop engaging
ads
for Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, and other platforms.
Assist in
basic video editing
for social media reels, ad campaigns, and product videos.
Work closely with the founder and marketing team to ensure design consistency across all touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (Freshers with exceptional portfolios can apply).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
Strong eye for detail, color, and typography.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Willingness to work full-time from our Mohali office at ISB.

Bonus Points If You

Have experience in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.
Understand D2C/e-commerce creative requirements.
Can bring fresh, Gen Z-friendly creative ideas to the table.
