Job Description

YOE: 4+ Years

CTC: 8 LPA

Location: Mumbai (Bandra, west)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the visual development of campaigns, branding, and marketing materials
Oversee design execution across digital, social, print, and video
Guide and review work of junior designers and freelancers
Collaborate with copy and strategy teams to translate briefs into visual concepts
Ensure consistency in brand voice and aesthetics across touchpoints
Participate in client presentations and pitch meetings

Requirements:

35 years of experience in a creative/design/art direction role (agency or in-house)
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand campaigns, social media creatives, and visual storytelling
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD etc.)
Good understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
Ability to handle multiple projects with sharp attention to detail and deadlines
Team leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
