Graphic Designer

Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer for Swiggy's Pyng team based in Bangalore, you will be part of India's leading on-demand delivery platform. Swiggy focuses on a tech-first logistics approach and solution-first consumer demands strategy, serving over 500 cities in India with a vast network of restaurant partnerships and a dedicated team of 5000 employees and over 2 lakh Delivery Executives. Your role will involve creating compelling visuals for the brand across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Design static creatives for digital campaigns, product marketing, and branding on platforms like Meta, Google, and in-app surfaces - Develop platform-specific ad creatives, banners, social media posts, emailers, infographics, explainers, decks, and other marketing materials - Maintain visual consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all channels - Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-quality design assets - Optionally contribute to video editing or simple motion graphics tasks as needed - Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and stay updated on design trends, platform guidelines, and AI tools to enhance team efficiency Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design for digital or print ads - Strong portfolio showcasing static creatives across marketing channels - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva - Understanding of ad formats and creative best practices for Meta and Google - Experience with video editing and motion graphics tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus - Familiarity with AI-based design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or Midjourney is considered advantageous - Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to receive feedback constructively are important for this role,
