We&aposre seeking a graphic designer who understands that design is a form of communication with a purpose. You&aposll work across brand identities, digital campaigns, editorial projects, and packaging, creating work that contributes meaningfully to the visual landscape and connects with people in authentic ways.

About the Studio

STUDIO177 is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Gurgaon, built on the principle of creativity with intent. We use design to communicate, to move, and to make space for clarity in a saturated world. Our work sits at the intersection of art and functionrooted in both storytelling and systems, drawing from research, lived experience, and deep respect for craft. From brand identities and photo campaigns to visual design and direction, we serve a growing community of founders, artists, and culture-led brands across food, fashion, culture, and commerce.

Our 1500 sq. ft. industrial studio features a custom-built 2-wall cyclorama, modular production tools, and clean utilitarian architecture. It was designed to worka flexible, intentional environment built for real creative output.

What You&aposll Do

• Develop visual identities and brand systems that tell authentic stories
• Design across print and digital mediumsfrom packaging to web interfaces
• Collaborate on editorial projects, publications, and content design
• Support art direction for photo and video projects
• Contribute to strategic creative thinking, not just execution
• Work with clients across food, fashion, culture, and commerce sectors

What We&aposre Looking For

• 2-4 years of design experience with a portfolio that reflects strong ideas, conceptual and systems thinking
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe XD/Figma)
• Comfortable working on multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
• Ability to translate brand strategy into scalable, cohesive visuals
• Motion design skills are a significant plus (After Effects, basic animation)
• Experience with independent clients and larger brands

Bonus Points

• Experience with packaging design or 3D visualization
• Basic web design knowledge (HTML/CSS understanding)
• Interest in photography or content creation
