Job Description

Create short-form video ads for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube campaigns.

Edit property walkthrough videos, drone shots, testimonial videos, and promotional content.

Develop compelling static & carousel ad creatives, banners, posters, and brochures for real estate projects.

Work closely with the marketing team to create content that drives high-quality leads.

Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and effects for engaging ad videos.

Ensure brand consistency across all creatives and marketing materials.

Understand project briefs, target audience, and campaign goals.

Optimize creatives as per platform guidelines (Meta, Google, YouTube).

Manage multiple projects with timely delivery.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.

Strong understanding of real estate ad formats and catchy visual styles.

Experience with color grading, sound design, and storytelling.

Ability to create both video & static creatives independently.

Knowledge of aspect ratios, formats, and ad guidelines for social media platforms.

Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.Role & responsibilities
