Designing of Labels, Artwork preparation, positive preparation of screen printing, plate making of off-set printing, flexo printing, digital printing, Punching tools designing samples preparation, Die cuts designing related to printing, Verification of the design preparation.
Responsibilities:
Design and Artwork Preparation:Create and modify designs for labels, packaging, and other printed materials.Prepare artwork files in accordance with printing specifications.Ensure that designs are visually appealing, accurate, and consistent with brand guidelines.
Plate Making:
Prepare plates for offset printing, flexo printing, and digital printing.Ensure that plates are of high quality and meet production requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve plate-related issues.
Screen Printing Preparation:
Prepare screens for screen printing by applying emulsion and exposing them to light.Wash and dry screens to remove unwanted emulsion.
Sample Creation:
Create samples of printed materials to verify design accuracy and quality.Make adjustments to designs or printing processes as needed.
Tool Design and Creation:
Design and create punching tools, die cuts, and other tools used in the printing process.Ensure that tools are functional, efficient, and meet production requirements.
Quality Control:
Verify the accuracy and quality of design preparation and printing output.Inspect printed materials for defects and inconsistencies.Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet customer specifications.
