Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conceptualize and Design: Develop creative concepts and execute designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, email campaigns, brochures, advertisements, presentations, and more.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all channels.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Feedback & Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to achieve the best possible outcome.
Asset Preparation: Prepare and optimize files for web, print, and production as needed.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep designs fresh and innovative.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.).
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Canva is a plus.
Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
