Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our in-house team in Kota, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and hands-on experience in creating impactful designs for both digital and print platforms — with working knowledge of UI/UX design and AI-powered tools to deliver modern, high-performing creatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design logos, brand creatives, and complete visual identities
• Create packaging designs, banners, pamphlets, brochures, and posters
• Design engaging social media creatives (posts, stories, ads)
• Create UI/UX designs for websites, landing pages, and mobile apps
• Work on wireframes, mockups, and user interface layouts using Figma and similar tools
• Use AI tools for faster ideation, mockups, image enhancement, and creative variations
• Collaborate with the marketing and development team
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW (InDesign is a plus)
• UI/UX design knowledge with hands-on experience in Figma (or similar tools)
• Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Strong understanding of color, typography, layout & user experience principles
• Ability to design for both print and digital platforms
• Creative mindset with high attention to detail
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, UI/UX, graphic design and creative work
