Graphic Designer Social Media (EdTech)

About the Role:

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver

    social media creatives

    (static, carousel, GIFs, short video thumbnails, and ad creatives) aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the

    content and social media marketing

    to translate ideas into visually engaging posts and ads.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all brand communications, ensuring designs follow brand guidelines and tone.
  • Create visuals for

    paid campaigns, organic posts, banners, landing pages, and email marketing

    when required.
  • Stay updated with

    social media trends, design best practices, and emerging tools

    to continuously elevate the creative output.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and

    meet deadlines in a fast-paced

    , collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of professional experience

    in graphic design, preferably within the

    EdTech, digital marketing, or agency

    space.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing

    social media campaigns, ad creatives, and brand storytelling.

  • Proficiency in

    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

    or equivalent tools (Figma, Canva, etc.).
  • Understanding of

    digital marketing formats

    (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Display, YouTube).
  • Strong attention to detail, color sense, typography, and layout design.
  • Ability to translate marketing briefs into visually appealing, conversion-focused content.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing creatives for

    B2C EdTech or learning platforms

    .
  • Familiarity with

    AI-based design tools

    or creative automation workflows.
  • Basic understanding of

    branding and visual strategy

    .
