Job Title: Graphic Designer

Type of role: - Contract

Experience: 4+ years

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Please note, this is a WFO role, 5-6 days a week.

Role & Responsibilities

· Develop compelling designs, illustrations, and layouts for digital materials, including but not limited to marketing collateral, brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, websites, logos, presentations, and advertisements.

· Collaborate with other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.

· Ensure consistency in visual branding elements across all materials, maintaining brand guidelines and standards.

· Participate in developing and evolving the brand's visual identity, suggesting improvements and updates as needed.

· Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques, incorporating new ideas and best practices into your work.

· Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work on time.

· Maintain organized files and assets for easy access and future reference.

· Work collaboratively with other designers, cross-functional teams, and clients to receive feedback and make necessary design revisions.

· Be adaptable to different projects, ranging from small quick-turnaround tasks to large-scale, long-term projects.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in applied art or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

· Proven experience of 4+ years as a Graphic Designer.

• Ability/proficiency to use AI for design is a plus!

· Software Skills: Should have a good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of animation would be an added advantage.

· An impressive portfolio showcasing a range of design work and creativity.

· Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory.

· Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
