Job Title: Graphic Designer Location: Chennai Start date: Immediate Contract type: Permanent Salary & benefits: Industry Standards This role reports to the Team Leader. Years of Experience: 1+ years Qualification : - Graduate in any stream | Desirable - Graduate in B.sc. Visual Communication / Bsc. Computer science with 2 years work experience in graphic designing from a reputed/global organization . Required Skills: The candidate should have the below skill set: 1. Proficient in written & verbal communication. 2 .Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Figma. 3. Understanding of fonts, typefaces, and their use. 4. Ability to create visually appealing layouts for consumer websites. 5. Attention to detail when creating engaging and impactful posters & logos for clients. 6. Knowledge of colour schemes, combinations, and their impact. 7. Ability to create visually cohesive designs. Responsibilities: The job roles and responsibilities are: 1. Be flexible with rotational shifts and week-offs. 2. Meet specified turnaround time (TAT) for tasks and consistently deliver KPI's / targets. 3. Provide end-to-end support to clients for updating/modifying existing designs. 4. Create attractive website layouts which will then be converted into live websites. 5. Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions. 6. Contribute to the development of visually appealing, responsive, and innovative designs. 7. Seek feedback from the Team leader/Team and incorporate improvements into designs whilst demonstrating flexibility. 8. Stay updated on the latest design tools, software, and techniques. 9. Share knowledge and insights with team members. 10. Prioritize design tasks based on daily workload. 11. Stay adaptable to changes in design trends and client preferences. 12. Maintain a professional and creative approach in all design projects. 13. Uphold the creative standards of the team and contribute to a positive work culture. 14. Keep organized records of designs, feedback, and revisions. 15. Implement and adhere to brand guidelines, ensuring design consistency. 16.
