Design engaging posters, brochures, and digital creatives for online and offline marketing.
Create short-form video content (e.g., reels, YouTube shorts, ads) optimized for social platforms.
Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials.

Graphic Design

Develop visual assets for social media, website, and digital ads.
Use design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) to produce high-quality creatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize creative ideas for campaigns.

Media & Social Media Management

Handle company’s social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Plan and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages.
Track analytics and suggest strategies to increase audience reach.

Photography & Videography

Capture high-quality photos and videos during student events, counselling sessions, and office activities.
Edit raw footage and photos for marketing use.

Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in video editing, graphic design, and media handling.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, etc.
Basic understanding of social media marketing and brand promotion.
Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
