Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Creative Lead who combines expertise in graphic design and motion design to develop impactful brand experiences. In this role, you will oversee visual design projects encompassing static marketing materials and short-form motion graphics. We are looking for an individual who is creatively adaptable, detail-focused, and in tune with contemporary design trends. With 0-2 years of experience, your responsibilities will include designing visually engaging assets for various digital platforms such as social media, advertisements, presentations, and internal communications. You will take charge of motion design tasks like creating animated graphics, social reels, and visual explainers at a basic to intermediate level. Your role will involve transforming marketing and campaign briefs into innovative visual concepts that enhance audience engagement. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the visual identity across all content forms to ensure brand uniformity. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver design assets in a timely manner. You will be expected to optimize designs for multiple formats and devices, including print, web, and mobile platforms. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, and Canva is essential. Knowledge of motion design tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects at a basic to intermediate level is required. Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Figma for team reviews and UI mockups is preferred. Additional skills that are considered a bonus for this role include a basic understanding of UI/UX and the ability to create simple UI layouts, knowledge of how design supports conversion in digital marketing funnels, creativity in adapting brand guidelines to new formats, awareness of trends in digital and social video content, and a background in event management would be highly valued.,
