As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be an integral part of our design and marketing team, contributing your creative flair and attention to detail to various projects. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong aesthetic sense, a basic understanding of design tools, and a genuine passion for visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities: - Design graphics for digital platforms like social media, websites, and email campaigns. - Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and presentations. - Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs. - Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce engaging visuals. - Edit and resize images, develop layouts, and prepare files for both print and web publishing. - Assist in managing and organizing the visual asset library. - Stay abreast of design trends and industry best practices. Qualifications Required: - Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. - Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (internships or freelance work will be considered). - Skills: - Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or other digital design platforms is advantageous. - Strong understanding of layout, color theory, and typography. - Effective communication and time-management abilities. - Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and enhance skills. Preferred: - Female candidates preferred in alignment with our company's diversity and inclusion policy. - Previous experience in [specific industry, e.g., real estate, retail, fashion, etc.] is a bonus. - Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
