Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Hyderabad. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, graphic design, logo design, branding, and typography elements for various projects related to overseas education consulting.

Core Design Skills

1. Strong sense of visual design

   – Layout, color theory, typography, and balance.

2. Branding knowledge

   – Ability to create or follow brand guidelines.

3. Creativity & originality

   – Fresh, engaging designs with unique ideas.

Technical Proficiency

1. Software expertise

   – Mastery of tools like:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• CorelDRAW (if required)
• Canva (for quick social media creatives)
• Figma or Adobe XD (for UI/UX, if needed)

1. File handling & formatting

   – Print-ready and web-optimized outputs.

Communication & Collaboration

1. Good communication skills

   – Understanding client briefs and explaining concepts.

2. Team player

   – Ability to work closely with marketing, web developers, and content teams.

Work Management

1. Time management

   – Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

2. Attention to detail

   – Precise with alignments, spacing, and formatting.

3. Feedback handling

   – Open to revisions and improvements.

Digital & Social Media Understanding

1. Social media creatives

   – Understanding design trends for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

2. Basic animation/GIFs

   – Using After Effects or similar tools for simple motion graphics.
