About the Role: Were hiring a Graphic Designer to lead the visual design output across social media, branding assets, ad creatives, website visuals, flyers, and video content. You’ll help shape the look and feel of campaigns across multiple industries with a high focus on clarity, quality, and consistency. Key Responsibilities: Design social media creatives including posts, carousels, reels thumbnails, and highlight covers for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Develop brand kits from scratch including logos, typography, color palettes, and brand style guides for each brand Create flyers, brochures, pitch decks, infographics, and web banners for print and digital use Edit and produce short-form videos and ad creatives for reels, YouTube, and social media with transitions, captions, music, and effects Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to translate campaign ideas and scripts into compelling visuals Maintain a consistent brand identity across formats while adapting content for different channels and devices Stay updated with design trends, reel editing formats, and high-performing ad layouts to improve creative performance Organize and maintain a shared design repository with timely version updates and naming standards Requirements: 1 to 5 years of experience in graphic design and basic to intermediate video editing Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva Strong eye for design, layout balance, readability, and visual clarity A solid portfolio that shows static design and motion content in commercial use Bonus: Candidates with prior experience in Digital Marketing/ IT service companies will have an added advantage. We are looking for immediate joiners who are ready to take ownership and grow with us. This role will be work from home until our office space is ready.
