Role: Graphic Designer (Print Media)Type: Full-TimeLocation: Noida, UPReports To: Senior Visual Designer SVP, Growth MarketingRole Overview:We re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support Simulanis marketing, sales, and product design efforts.
You will create high-quality visual collaterals presentations, brochures, flyers, emailers, and one-pagers while collaborating with senior team members. The ideal candidate combines strong visual storytelling, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity with AI design tools, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Content Collateral DesignDesign visually engaging assets: presentations, brochures, flyers, emailers, social media posts, and landing pages.Work with existing templates and help build reusable ones.Translate written content into clear, appealing visuals.Apply brand guidelines consistently across all outputs.Create and update high-impact presentations on Google Slides.Maintain brand consistency in layout, fonts, and visuals.AI Design ToolsUse AI tools to generate images, explore layout ideas, and refine designs.Continuously explore new tools to improve workflow efficiency.Collaboration ExecutionWork closely with the senior designer and marketing team to meet design needs.Accept feedback constructively and iterate quickly.Manage multiple tasks reliably with attention to detail.Skills, Traits Qualifications :1 2 years of visual design experience.Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong presentation design skills, preferably using Google Slides.Ability to translate content into clean, compelling visual formats.Solid understanding of design principles: layout, color theory, typography, spacing (including dark themes).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proactive, self-sufficient, and creative problem solver.Accountable and deadline-oriented; delivers reliably with minimal follow-ups.High attention to detail and consistency across deliverables.Eagerness to learn and continuously improve.">
