Graphic Designer – Pre-Press & Packaging

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with strong pre-press and packaging experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in preparing print-ready artworks, understanding die-line setup, and managing the entire process from concept to final print production.

You’ll work closely with our creative and production teams to ensure every design meets brand standards, technical accuracy, and print quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and adapt packaging layouts, labels, and marketing collaterals for print.

• Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, crop marks, color profiles (CMYK/Pantone), and resolution.

• Create and modify die-lines, keylines, and mockups for various packaging formats.

• Ensure accurate color separation and print file optimization for different print methods (offset, digital, flexo, etc.).

• Coordinate with printers and vendors for proof checking, color matching, and production alignment.

• Maintain organized file structures and version control for design assets.

• Work with the creative team to adapt artworks for various SKUs and sizes.

• Troubleshoot printing or production issues when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in print design, packaging, or pre-press production.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (knowledge of CorelDRAW is a plus).

• Strong understanding of print production standards (CMYK, Pantone, bleed, trapping, overprint, etc.).

• Experience handling die-line files, emboss/deboss, foil, UV, and other special finishes.

• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and strong communication skills.

• Experience in FMCG, food, or retail packaging design.

• Familiarity with mockup creation tools or 3D visualization software.

• Understanding of sustainability and packaging material constraints.
