Hiring for Graphic Designer About the Role: We seek a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in graphic design, video editing, and social media marketing. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that align with our brand identity and captivate our target audience. He/She should be up for the following key responsibilities: Visual Design Create eye-catching designs for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and the app. Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design assets. Design engaging infographics and data visualizations to communicate complex information effectively. Video Editing Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, product launches, and marketing campaigns. Must hold knowledge of editing short-form content for Reels and YouTube Shorts Utilize video editing software to create compelling video content, including motion graphics and animations. Manage video production workflow, from concept to final delivery. Team Player Collaborate with the Marketing Team to brainstorm ideas Collaborate with Marketing, CSM, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results. Work closely with copywriters and content creators to develop cohesive visual and written content. Stay informed about the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices. Continuously seek opportunities to learn and improve your skills. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects), and Figma. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics. Excellent time management and organizational skills. A passion for creating innovative and visually stunning designs.
