Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing visually compelling designs that support our sales, marketing, and product initiatives. This includes sales flyers, packaging artworks, product catalogues, digital creatives, and other marketing collateral.

The Graphic Designer should have hands-on experience with all industry-standard design software and be able to transform ideas into engaging designs that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop sales flyers, brochures, catalogs, product packaging, and marketing materials for both print and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Ensure all designs are brand-compliant and visually consistent across multiple channels.
• Prepare and deliver print-ready artworks and coordinate with vendors for quality output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Edit and retouch product images as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in consumer products/FMCG preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative mindset with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) for basic motion graphics.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles for digital designs.
• Experience in photography coordination or basic product shoots.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
