Graphic Designer

Jr. Graphics Designer is responsible for work in areas of marketing and promotion, create various materials, such as labels or brochures, posters etc. that provide information about a company’s offerings. The Graphics Designer is responsible to initialize a work by coming up with a general concept and presenting the idea with a rough layout that might include sketches or digital illustrations timely & effectively.

1- Quality & On Time Work- Time spent on reworks will be maximum 2 hours/work

On time delivery of designs as per schedule

Not more than 3 reworks from the concepts file quality, alignment and content errors not more than one incident

Adaptation and communication quality should be more than 90%

Repeat work if any, should deliver the same within a day.

Min of 50 Video Frames & 25 Graphics

Quality & On Time Work and Skill & Quality Level Measurement

Responsible to ensure no unnecessary time spent on reworks & time spent on reworks should be maximum 2 hours / work.

Responsible to provide the high quality of creative designs & should be delivered on time as per schedule

Responsible to avoid the no of reworks from the concept of management & should not be more than 3 reworks from the concepts

Responsible to ensure the adaptation & communication quality of the creative works should be more than 90%. That is the creative works should be precisely communicated the content

Responsible to ensure the repeat works if any, should be delivered within a day itself.

Should be responsible to deliver the designs as per the targets of the month

Responsible to handle multiple works if necessary, especially for the marketing activities of NetLink as well as for event clients.

Responsible to ensure the handling time of each work will be as per the schedule

Should ensure more than 90 % positive feedback about the works

Responsible to ensure the monthly ideal target achievement of the no of works

Reporting

Responsible for sending the reports on a periodical basis and make sure that the management is updated about the Claims status.

Responsible for periodical review meeting with the management for taking action for improving the performances.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
