Job Title: Telecaller & Sales Executive Location: WFH
Department – Sales Reporting to: Area Manager (South)
Job Summary: The Telecaller and Sales Executive plays an integral role in driving the company’s growth by generating leads, building strong customer relationships, both existing and new & boost the firm’s development and sustainability. This role works in coordination to promote the company’s products and services effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Engage with existing customers through regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and strengthen loyalty. Actively work on retaining customers. Ensure that sales volume is consistently maintained and implement strategies to achieve incremental growth in sales.
2. Identify and contact new potential customers to expand the client base. Follow up on leads provided by the marketing department, ensuring timely communication and work on converting these leads into successful sales.
3. You are required to make atleast 25 active calls per day and the calls must be recorded. You are further insisted to send the recorded calls to your reporting head, to ensure effective communication and to receive proper guidance.
4. Following up with customers is essential. Ensure regular follow-ups are conducted as required. Proper closure of customer service requests is crucial, demonstrating full commitment to resolving any issues they face, and this follow up has to be reflected in your report.
5. Submit the ROD (Report of the Day) on a daily basis, summarizing key activities, customer interactions, and sales outcomes to the reporting manager. Ensure that the report must consist a detailed call description. Failure to submit the ROD will result in the employee being marked as ‘Absent’ for that particular day, which will be recorded as ‘Loss of Pay’.
6. Accurate sales billing and invoice generation, complying with the company’s policies & procedures. Verify all details, such as pricing, discounts, taxes, and customer information, to avoid errors and discrepancies.
7. Ensure that all products and services are made available to customers according to their requirements. Address any issues related to product availability promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity.
8. Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the reporting head. This includes executing tasks, adhering to deadlines, and prioritizing responsibilities as directed.
9. LMS training would be conducted periodically & you are liable to attend the trainings and assessments, & secure the designated marks, to keep you updated about the latest developments of our products and services.
10. As stated in the offer letter, you will be on probation for the first three months. Your performance will be evaluated monthly, and your continued employment will be determined based on the performance analysis report. If your performance is deemed unsatisfactory, the management reserves the right to terminate your employment immediately, without notice. Upon successfully completing the probation period, your employment will be confirmed, either on a contract or fixed-term contract basis.
11. You may be required to work beyond regular working hours, including Sundays and holidays, by making yourself available on call to address customer requirements as needed.
12. On-the-job training sessions will be conducted at our Head Office in Kerala to enhance your skills and job performance. You are required to attend the 7 to 10-day training session whenever it is scheduled at the Head Office
13. Liable to adhere to and follow any decisions or directives issued by the management from time to time. This includes adjusting priorities, embracing organizational changes, and executing new strategies or processes as deemed necessary by the management.
14. The employee may be required to take up additional tasks that assist with office-related works. These tasks may include administrative duties, assisting other departments, or handling any other responsibilities assigned by the management or reporting head.
