Graphic Designer / MultiMedia Artist

Purpose of the Role:
The Graphic Designer / Multimedia Artist will produce high-quality visual assets, animations, and infographics to support the creation of Onboard Maritime’s eLearning courses. The designer will ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and enhance learning effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:

• Design layouts, icons, infographics, and screen templates for Storyline and Rise.
• Develop and edit multimedia assets (graphics, images, animations).
• Collaborate with instructional designers to visualise course content.
• Maintain a central library of reusable design assets.
• Ensure consistency with brand and accessibility standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic or multimedia design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Excellent sense of colour, layout, and digital design.
• Ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines.

Desirable Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Fine Arts.Reporting To: Project Manager / Learning Operations Lead

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
