Job Overview: As a Graphic Designer at Meru Technosoft, you will be responsible for creating compelling and visually appealing designs that represent our brands identity. You will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality digital and print designs. Your work will help shape our companys visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, digital assets, and social media channels. Key Responsibilities: Create Visual Designs : Design eye-catching graphics for websites, social media, emails, presentations, advertisements, print collateral, and more. Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to develop design solutions that meet business goals and requirements. Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs are consistent with the companys brand guidelines, maintaining the brands visual identity across various platforms. Create Mockups and Prototypes : Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new design concepts, allowing teams to visualize final results. Illustrations & Icons : Design custom illustrations, icons, and other visual elements to enhance digital and print materials. Photo Editing : Edit and manipulate images to fit design requirements and optimize content for both digital and print mediums. Optimize User Experience : Collaborate on designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications. Prepare Files for Production : Ensure that all design assets are prepared and formatted correctly for final delivery to developers or printers. Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven Experience : At least 1 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or a related field. Expert Knowledge of Design Software : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other design software. Portfolio : Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including branding, web design, print collateral, and social media content. Strong Typography Skills : Understanding of typography principles and their application in various design projects. Creative & Artistic Vision : Ability to conceptualize and translate ideas into visually engaging designs. Attention to Detail : Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to ensure high-quality design and consistency. Time Management : Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with teams and understand project requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Degree : Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Web & Mobile Design Experience : Familiarity with web design and mobile app design principles, including UI/UX. Animation Skills : Experience with motion graphics or animation (Adobe After Effects, etc.) is a plus. Photography Skills : Experience in photography or photo manipulation. Print Production Knowledge : Understanding of print production processes and file preparation for printing. Video Editing : Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to assist with creating video content. Why Work with Us?
