Graphic Designer

Job Description

1. Sound Knowledge of prepress softwares like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Corel draw, MS office, Esco etc.

1. A clear understanding of how my role fits into the goals of the Department.

2. To follow harmony & discipline in the Department.

1. Check the file for all parameters & give the feedback about the file immediately.
2. Inform if any discrepancies to customer care executives at the earliest through Executive/Dy. Manager.
3. Prepare the job detail.
4. Rip the file to one vision, check the log files & if any discrepancies bring to notice of concerned.
5. Checking the Approved proofs with the original files for the parameters mentioned in the check list.
6. Ensure adherence to the Quality Standards of the Company (5S , ISO, OH&S).
7. Confidentiality in all aspects of job.
8. Handle any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time.
9. Adhere to the ISMS (Information Security Management System) policy in the organization. Keep information confidential & to follow up 5s rules.
10. Communicating with printers and CTP machine operators.
11. ISO and other audit records documentation periodically.
