Job Description

Job Description We are looking for a talented Presentation Designer and an innovative thinker to join our creative team, working primarily across B2B and internal comms arms of multiple M3-owned businesses. Working in close partnership with other members of the graphic design team, the wider marketing team and other internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for transforming complex information into visually compelling presentations that support internal and external communications, marketing initiatives, and executive needs. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure every presentation aligns with our brand identities and communicates messages clearly and effectively. Responsibilities: Design engaging, brand-consistent presentations for client presentations, external pitches, marketing campaigns, and executive communications. Collaborate with marketers, executives, sales teams, and content creators to interpret ideas and data into visual formats. Create custom infographics, icons, and illustrations to enhance slide content and storytelling. Develop presentation templates, style guides, and design systems to ensure visual consistency. Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all deliverables. Translate data and research into easy-to-understand charts, infographics, and visuals. Work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously. What you ll do to succeed: Support the design function across M3 s portfolio of brands and internal programs Design intelligent marketing collateral that achieves its objectives and supports the delivery of organisational goals Ensure that accessibility best practices are observed Work closely with other members of the graphic design and marketing teams, and other marketing stakeholders to collaborate on campaign strategy and impact Deliver projects including, but not limited to: Essentials: PowerPoint presentations, Infographic design, Marketing collateral, Publishing layouts for whitepapers, Sales documents Nice to have: Trade show materials, Web graphics / site updates, Wordpress websites, Social media images, Emails (Hubspot), Hubspot landing pages Requirements: 3-5 years of professional experience in graphics and presentation design. Excellent visual storytelling skills and an understanding of layout, typography, and brand consistency. Solid foundation in design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy, especially in PowerPoint. Ability to transform abstract concepts and complex data into clean, professional visuals. Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and presenting design concepts. Portfolio showcasing high-quality presentation work and visual storytelling. Preferred experience: Experience designing presentations for executives, investor pitches, or high-stakes client meetings. Familiarity with B2B or corporate environments, especially tech, consulting, or finance, is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifially PowerPoint and Word; Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is a must. Knowledge of video editing, Hubspot, WordPress, Elementor, and Canva are a plus. Strong communication skills is imperative for this role: Client Interaction: Able to ask the right questions, interpret briefs accurately, and present ideas clearly. Team Collaboration: Works well with other designers, marketers, developers, and project managers. Feedback Integration: Listens actively, accepts constructive criticism, and revises designs accordingly. Storytelling: Understands how to communicate messages visually to target audiences effectively.
