Role Description: This is a part-time remote role for an AI/ML Technical Lead. The AI/ML Technical Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AI and machine learning technologies, including generative AI and AI agents. You will play a crucial role in designing and delivering AI solutions, mentoring the technical team, and ensuring successful project outcomes. This can be a long-term position for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical strategy, architecture, and implementation of AI/ML projects, including generative AI solutions and AI agents. Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and intelligent AI agents ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and accuracy goals. Provide technical oversight and mentorship to AI/ML engineers and junior developers. Conduct code reviews, maintain high-quality coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed. Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and research to continuously enhance technical capabilities. Ensure robust testing, validation, and deployment processes for AI models. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields. Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, and other relevant ML and generative AI frameworks. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and their respective AI services. Familiarity with tech stacks including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, microservices architecture, databases (SQL, NoSQL), serverless computing, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture. Proven expertise in NLP, generative AI (e.g., LLMs, GPT-based models), AI Agents, computer vision, predictive analytics, reinforcement learning, or related AI domains. Knowledge of data privacy, ethical AI practices, and model explainability (XAI). Ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) will be considered an added advantage.
We are looking for a Senior Mobile Application Developer (Android/iOS) with extensive experience in building complex Android/iOS mobile applications, on a part-time basis. This can be a long term position for the right candidate. Job Requirements: 8-10 years of experience in building mobile applications Expert in Native mobile application development (Xamarin, React Native, Swift, iOS or Android) Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, WebSockets, push notifications, deep links. Experience with releasing applications on the App stores. Optimize performance (startup time, bundle size, memory, FPS) and fix crashes. Implement offline flows, data caching/sync, and secure storage. Write unit/integration/UI tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Detox). Mobile CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions/Bitrise), code-push/EAS updates, and store submissions. Handle native build/tooling: Xcode, Android Studio/Gradle, signing & provisioning. Instrument analytics and crash reporting (Firebase/Crashlytics/Sentry); monitor with KPIs. Experience in hybrid app development is a plus Experience with languages/ frameworks such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, ReactJs and Vue.js is a plus Education/Skills: B.E./B.Tech. degree Strong TypeScript, React Hooks, React Navigation, and state management (Redux Toolkit/Zustand/MobX). Comfortable with native bridges/modules (Swift/Objective-C, Kotlin/Java basics). Solid grasp of mobile networking, async patterns, and error handling.
