We're seeking a
highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer
(5+ years) to lead the creation and maintenance of all visual branding assets including ad creatives, logos, marketing materials, and presentation decks. This role demands a blend of design excellence, creative problem-solving, and the ability to deliver fast, high-quality results aligned with U.S. brand aesthetics.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-performance marketing creatives in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Media Buyer for digital campaigns.
- Create and manage visuals for ads, landing pages, social media posts, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Work proficiently with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and AI-based design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT for creative ideation).
- Replicate and adapt design styles based on BrightSun and Sunrun ad samples demonstrating capability, consistency, and speed.
- Execute quick-turnaround designs with precision, including same-day edits when required.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets and platforms.
- Stay updated on design trends, AI-driven tools, and best practices in performance marketing visuals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in marketing, advertising, or digital media.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Working knowledge of AI-based design tools and a strong willingness to experiment with new technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to create U.S.-style brand visuals with a keen eye for layout, color, typography, and composition.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across remote teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on meeting tight deadlines.
