As a Graphic Designer at Xysma Recyclotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of KabadCartIndia's tech-driven scrap management platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing intuitive, attractive, and user-centric UI/UX elements for web and mobile apps - Creating eye-catching graphics, icons, banners, and illustrations aligned with the brand identity - Developing engaging marketing collateral and social media visuals - Handling video editing and motion graphics for product demos, social campaigns, and tutorials - Collaborating with product, marketing, and tech teams to ensure cohesive visuals - Maintaining brand consistency and evolving design language across all channels - Staying updated with design trends and proposing innovative ideas for enhancing user engagement Qualifications required for this role: - Proven experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, and illustration - Strong portfolio demonstrating design and video editing skills - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools - Experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for UI/UX workflows - Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding - Video editing skills for creating short marketing clips and product videos - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver pixel-perfect design - Bonus skills include animation and motion graphics experience, knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS), experience in startups or fast-paced environments, and interest in sustainability and social impact projects Join Xysma Recyclotech Solutions Pvt.
