Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Design Creation:

  Develop innovative and high-quality graphic designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, catalogs, banners, and digital advertisements, tailored to our manufacturing products and services.

• Branding Support:

  Assist in the development and maintenance of consistent visual branding guidelines, ensuring all designs align with the company's brand identity and values.

• Product Packaging & Labeling:

  Design packaging and labels for products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and creating an attractive, informative, and functional product presentation.

• Website & Digital Media:

  Design and update the company's website visuals, email templates, and social media graphics to engage current and potential customers.

• Print Production:

  Prepare files for print production, ensuring all designs are print-ready and meet production standards.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to create designs that align with business goals, product launches, and marketing initiatives.

• Design Revisions:

  Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and finalize designs.

• Trend Research:

  Stay up to date with industry design trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure designs are modern and innovative.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing previous design work, especially in a manufacturing, industrial, or product-focused environment.
  
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other graphic design software.
  
• Strong knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for print.
  
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
