Graphic Designer

You will be part of a dynamic team as a Graphic Designer, responsible for creating visually appealing designs and engaging video content for various digital platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality content that aligns with the brand's vision and goals. Your key responsibilities will include creating visually compelling graphics for marketing materials, social media, websites, presentations, and other digital platforms. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining the brand's visual identity across all design outputs, conceptualizing and executing design ideas in collaboration with the teams, and preparing final design files for production while ensuring optimization for various formats and platforms. It is essential to stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design quality and efficiency continuously. The ideal candidate for this position should have proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills. Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar is required. Additionally, a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition is essential. Experience in color grading and motion graphics, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines are key qualifications. Attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities are also crucial. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience), experience in animation or 3D design, and familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends. This is a full-time position with benefits such as leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off. The work schedule is during the day shift, Monday to Friday, with a morning shift.
