Role Description

Position: Graphic Designer

Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Location: Desom, Aluva, Ernakulam

We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team at Incheon Kia. You will be responsible for developing visual content that elevates our brand across digital and print platforms. This includes static designs such as graphics, logos, and marketing materials, as well as video content for advertising and social media.

You will collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling, while also bringing fresh visual ideas to the table. A strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including posters, social media creatives, banners, brochures, etc.
• Create brand-aligned graphics and logos for campaigns and corporate use
• Ensure visual consistency across all marketing channels
• Edit and produce engaging short-form videos, ads, reels, and motion graphics
• Utilize typography effectively to enhance all visual communication
• Coordinate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts
• Maintain design quality under tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphic Design and tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (video editing & motion graphics)
• Experience in logo design and brand identity creation
• Excellent sense of typography, layout, and color theory
• Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
