Job description We are looking for a talented UI/UX and Graphics designer who has the skill not only to create high quality graphics, but the ability to apply their creations to a user-centered design. Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for understanding a product development teams brief and converting that into appealing, highly usable interfaces. Engages with the product development team and subject matter experts early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers business problem/goals. Demonstrate custom web design skills that show creativity beyond applying third-party templates. Presents high fidelity designs/mock-ups to the subject matter experts for review/iteration/approval. Able to explain his/her design philosophy verbally and in writing Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligent. Desired Skills & Experience :: Skills/Competencies (Mandatory) Proficient in AdobeXD, Photoshop, Coral, Illustrator, Adobe Premier and associated design tools (e.g. Invision, Canva, UXPin, Zeplin, etc.) Good to have knowledge of 2D/3D video editing and rendering. Conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process. Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Capable of juggling multiple tasks and related complexities at the same time. Desired Experience Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory and typography. Strong understanding of mobile platforms, particularly iOS, Android and Windows. Understanding of the limitations of web and mobile, with approaches/ideas to flex those boundaries. Candidate must absolutely be in sync with recent design standards and trends. Desired Personal Profile: Self-starter, that is, able to collaborate actively with others in a cross-functional team Flexible Ability to deal with ambiguity and change “Roll-up your sleeves” attitude to get things done.
