Job Description

Job Title: Graphic Designer Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai, Maharashtra Department: Design / Creative / Product Development Job Purpose: To conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for heat transfer labels and other branding materials, aligned with client specifications and industry standards. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with merchandising, production, and development teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of design requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design Development Client Collaboration: Technical File Preparation Production Coordination Trend & Innovation Awareness Contribute creative ideas to enhance the label/product design offering Key Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of CorelDRAW is a plus Good understanding of print processes, color theory, typography, and layout principles Ability to translate creative briefs into production-ready designs Attention to detail, visual accuracy, and file organization Strong time management and the ability to handle multiple projects Communication skills to explain design rationale and collaborate effectively Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field 1–3 years of experience in a design role, preferably in printing, labeling, apparel, or packaging Working Conditions: Full-time role based at Vikhroli, Mumbai Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,531.57 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
