Job Summary:

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration

  : Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and develop creative concepts that meet client needs and objectives.

• Design Creation

  : Design a wide variety of marketing materials, including logos, websites, social media graphics, brochures, email templates, advertisements, and event materials.

• Brand Development

  : Create visual elements that align with each clients brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all deliverables.

• Project Management

  : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines within the agencys workflow.

• Revisions and Feedback

  : Accept and implement feedback from clients and internal teams to refine and perfect designs.

• Trends and Innovation

  : Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry advancements, and new software tools to continuously improve your skills and deliver cutting-edge work.

• Team Collaboration

  : Work collaboratively with fellow designers, content creators, and account managers to ensure the best possible outcomes for each project.

• Presentation

  : Present design concepts and final work to clients, explaining design decisions and how they support business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably within an agency setting.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design work across various platforms (digital, print, branding).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver polished, high-quality designs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
