As a Senior Graphic Designer at our Bangalore location, you will be responsible for leading ad design across Meta and Google campaigns. Your role will involve managing feedback cycles, shaping campaign performance through smart design decisions, and ensuring consistency across all visual content. Your key responsibilities will include designing and directing visual content, owning creative timelines and delivery for ad visuals and motion, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with strategy and growth teams to align creative with goals. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in design roles, with a focus on performance or brand campaigns. You must possess deep skills in layout, storytelling, and platform-specific creatives, as well as the ability to lead reviews and provide clear creative feedback. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and animation tools is essential.
