What Youll Do

• Design high-conversion ad creatives for paid campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling stories that drive engagement.
• Develop static, motion, and banner creatives optimized for performance.
• Maintain visual consistency across campaigns while experimenting with new ideas.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and campaign managers to test and iterate designs.
• Track creative performance and refine based on feedback and data insights.
  

What Were Looking For

• 24 years of experience in performance marketing design.
• Strong skills in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (motion design a plus).
• Portfolio showing ad creatives, marketing banners, and visual storytelling.
• Deep understanding of how design impacts click-through and conversion.
• Ability to balance creativity with data-driven insights.
