Role Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who understands that design is not decoration, it’s communication.

Someone who can turn ideas into visuals that are clean, witty, and distinctly Barken’s.

Key Responsibilities

* Design digital creatives for social media, campaigns, ads, and website assets.

* Translate brand strategy into strong, clear visual communication.

* Work with the content and video teams to ensure a cohesive brand look across formats.

* Create key visuals for campaigns, not just layouts, but concepts.

* Balance creativity with clarity, every pixel should have purpose.

* Maintain and evolve the brand’s design language as Barken’s grows.

Qualifications & Skills

* 1+ years of experience in graphic design, social media design, or creative agency work.

* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma/Canva.

* A solid understanding of composition, colour theory, and typography.

* Ability to think conceptually, not just follow references.

* Portfolio that demonstrates taste, clarity, and range.

* Bonus: Experience in packaging or motion design.
