Job Description

Design and develop interactive e-learnings (Web-Based Trainings) in alignment with organizational learning goals.
Create gamified e-learning modules that promote learner engagement and knowledge retention.
Develop interactive microlearning assets that are concise, targeted, and mobile-friendly.
Build scenario-based learning modules that simulate real-world decision-making experiences.
Produce video-based learning content enriched with quizzes, hotspots, branching, and other interactive elements.
Craft compelling digital storytelling modules that emotionally engage learners and reinforce core messages.
Design whiteboard animation videos to simplify complex topics in an engaging visual format.
Create interactive mind maps and visual navigation tools to support conceptual clarity.
Develop image-based videos with impactful text overlays for visual-driven learning.
Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and trainers to translate learning objectives into creative digital experiences.
Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with internal stakeholders, project managers, to gather training requirements and align expectations.
Communicate progress, manage feedback loops, and ensure timely delivery of training solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships across cross-functional teams
