Make an Impact (Job Summary + Responsibilities)

Executive I 3P Product Content

What you will do in this role:

• Adapt, upload, and quality-check

  Brand Stores, Brand Stories, A+ Content

  , and

  Brand Categories/Collections banners

  on third-party platforms.
• Design A+ content, improve design templates, and ensure timely delivery across 3P sites.
  
• Create and update trackers for brand store and A+ content performance, supporting KPI tracking and management.
  
• Maintain seasonal trackers to ensure timely product content delivery.
  
• Provide all necessary pictures and videos for product detail pages.
  
• Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure visual brand consistency across all platforms.
  
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines when adapting or updating product content.
  
• Review and enhance existing content using tools like

  Amazon IDQ reports

  and best practices insights.
• Support troubleshooting of listing errors and article onboarding issues for seamless product launches.
  

Who You Are (Requirements)

• Bachelors Degree in

  Design, Sciences, or Fashion

  . Additional certifications in graphic design are preferred.
• Working knowledge of creative tools such as

  Adobe

  Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, XD

  , and other Adobe applications.
• Proficient in

  MS Office and Google Suite

  , especially Excel and Google Sheets.
• Interest in working with

  consumer or lifestyle products

  within an eCommerce, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  
• Ideally, 3+ years of experience in graphic design roles, preferably involving online creatives.
  
• Fluent in

  English

  (both written and verbal).
