Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with 5 -7 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually impactful designs that effectively communicate our brand message across various media platforms. This role requires a blend of creative flair, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation and Development:
  
• Develop and produce graphic designs for various projects, including websites, advertising, print media, branding, and corporate identity.
  
• Create visually appealing layouts, typography, and graphics that align with brand guidelines.
  
• Brainstorm and conceptualise design ideas for campaigns and projects.
  
• Collaboration and Communication:
  
• Work closely with the marketing, content, social media and product teams to ensure a cohesive visual style across all mediums.
  
• Communicate design concepts and rationales clearly to team members and stakeholders.
  
• Project Management:
  
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conception to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  
• Provide accurate time estimates for each project and adhere to deadlines.
  
• Digital Asset Management:
  
• Maintain an organized archive of all design assets and files for future reference and use.
  
• Ensure that all graphics and layouts are visually appealing and as per brand guidelines.
  
• Play a role of custodian to make sure that all the graphics and creatives are the same across the platform.
  

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  
• 5 -7 years of professional graphic design experience.
  
• Experience of leading the projects independently.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
  
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  
• Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
