As a Graphic Designer at our organization, you will be a key player in delivering impactful visual presentations and designs that effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional/global clients to create engaging visuals that align with our client's brand identity and resonate with the target audience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop interactive communication design - Stay updated with current design trends globally and translate ideas into tangible design concepts - Meet with clients or account managers to discuss business objectives and task requirements - Use innovation to redefine design briefs within time constraints - Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers - Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches and work on layouts ready for print - Work collaboratively with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists - Deliver on deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Coordinate handoffs, share context, and align on shared goals proactively - Stay current on design trends, software updates, and best practices - Contribute ideas for process improvements and new visual approaches - Assist in internal design reviews and share learnings with the team **Qualifications Required:** - 2 years of professional experience in visual design, preferably in a creative agency or design studio - Bachelor's degree preferred in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Strong portfolio (3 - 5 pieces) demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across various mediums - Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality work - Basic skills in motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) - Familiarity with web/UI tools (Figma, Adobe XD) - Experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Sites, and other G Suite tools - Curiosity about Generative AI and emerging design tech - Storyteller with strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities You will be part of an award-winning Digital Brand Management agency that specializes in all things digital.
