Conceptualize and design visual assets for online and offline use, including social media creatives, brochures, menus, event collaterals, presentations, emailers, and more.
Work closely with the Marketing, FB, Spa, Sales, and Events teams to support promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
Maintain consistency with Fairmont and Accor brand guidelines while delivering creative and innovative designs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Edit and retouch photos, design layouts, and create engaging visuals for social media posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and other content creators to ensure cohesive visual branding.
Support video editing and motion graphics when required.
Ensure all designs are optimized for web, mobile, and print.
Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and hospitality marketing strategies.
bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or advertising.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong visual sense, typography skills, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with digital and print production requirements.
