Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing a wide range of digital and print media communications. This role requires a keen eye for design, brand consistency, and the ability to convey our message in an engaging and visually appealing manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a variety of digital assets such as social media graphics, blog covers, email marketing templates, and digital ads that align with our brand identity.
• Create print materials including brochures, flyers, and promotional products that effectively communicate our offerings and engage our target audience.
• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design concepts for campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure all designs and graphics maintain a high standard of visual execution and brand consistency.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques to keep our brand fresh and engaging.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Provide creative input and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of visual communication.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive brand message across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print media.
• Proficiency in design software and technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Excellent visual design skills with understanding of user-system interaction.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with the marketing team and understand design requirements.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Experience in the education technology sector or B2B SaaS is a plus but not mandatory.
