Graphic Designer / DTP Operator

Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce engaging and visually appealing designs for both print and digital media. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and marketing communication, and will be able to translate ideas into impactful visuals that align with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and advertisements.
• Develop digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online promotions.
• Create branding elements including logos, packaging, and brand identity guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
• Work closely with printers, vendors, and other partners to ensure high-quality production outputs.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Edit photos, retouch images, and create mockups when required.
• Prepare final artwork files for production or digital use.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and CorelDRAW
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
