The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience and demonstrate strong leadership skills. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible to create visually appealing and effective designs for our clients. Your expertise should encompass a range of design areas, including visual concept development, brand guideline creation, pitch decks, presentations, logo design, and stationary design. Key Responsibilities: Design and Creativity: Visual Conceptualization: Collaborate with the clients to visualize and develop creative design concepts that align with the project's objectives and brand identity. Brand Guidelines : Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent and cohesive brand representation across all design materials. Pitch Decks and Presentations: Design visually compelling pitch decks and presentations that effectively communicate ideas and engage audiences. Logo Design: Develop unique and memorable logos that capture the essence of a brand and convey its core values. Stationery Design : Create business cards, letterheads, and other stationery items that maintain a consistent brand image and reflect the company's professionalism. Create innovative and visually appealing designs for various digital and print mediums. Review designs ensuring they meet the client's requirements and quality standards. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to incorporate fresh ideas into the team's work. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their design needs and preferences. Present design concepts and ideas to clients, incorporating their feedback and revisions into the final designs. Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass and/or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience. Proficiency in graphic design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
