Description
Working full-time with the global Corporate Communications and Marketing Communications colleagues, help create on-brand visual concepts, graphics, illustrations, videos, and other deliverables to communicate Companys Corporate and Product Brands in an engaging way that consistently represents the Company in all its regions and businesses . Edit videos and develop and produce digital and offline collateral, including social media posts, brochures, banners, trade fair stands, webpages, and reports. This includes defining requirements, visualizing, and creating/editing graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, presentations, and photos . Help maintain Companys Brand Portal, including all branded assets, as well as support the Companys on-brand approval process. Support Website manager with Company website Content Management System (CMS) to make sure the websites images are always current, accurate and visually engaging. Desired Skills and Qualifications Strong software skills with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing, and potentially some limited CMS (Episerver) knowledge A keen eye for aesthetics and details Study design briefs and determine requirements Schedule projects, define deliverables and execute in a timely way Conceptualize visuals based on minimal briefing Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic always supporting Companys Brand Guidelines Strong English language/reading and writing capabilities for desktop publishing to work with copywriters and creative directors to produce final design for key reports Test graphics across various media Amend designs after feedback Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics Excellent communication and strong negotiating skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Degree in Design or related field is a plus
