Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Graphic Designer role located in Mumbai at Top-10 Retail.

A Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging and impactful designs across a variety of media platforms. This role involves transforming concepts into high-quality visual content that communicates the intended message and enhances the brand's identity. Graphic Designers collaborate with marketing, branding, and creative teams to develop designs for both digital and print materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, logos, icons, and other visual elements for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.
• Branding: Ensure design consistency and alignment with the company’s branding guidelines across all platforms and projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, content creators, and project managers to understand design requirements and deliver solutions that meet project objectives.
• Creative Concept Development: Develop creative concepts and explore various design styles to deliver the most effective solution for each project.
• Layout and Typography: Design layouts, select appropriate fonts, and ensure the use of typography that complements the overall aesthetic of the brand.
• Photo Editing and Retouching: Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other visual content as needed for various marketing and promotional materials.
• Web Design Support: Collaborate with web designers and developers to create engaging graphics for websites, email templates, and landing pages.
• Social Media Content: Design graphics for social media platforms to enhance user engagement and contribute to the brand’s online presence.
• Print and Digital Deliverables: Prepare files for print production or digital publishing, ensuring all materials meet production standards and technical specifications.
• Feedback Integration: Review and revise designs based on client or team feedback to ensure satisfaction and deliver a high-quality final product.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve design skills and creative output.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
