Role Overview:

creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality visuals for brochures, presentations, social media, digital campaigns, and property marketing.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and deliver designs that align with the Dealyards brand.
Create consistent visual branding across all materials.
Edit and produce engaging
video content
for marketing and social media platforms
video editing is a must.
Handle multiple design projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Stay current with design trends and innovations, especially within real estate marketing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (Diploma or certified design training also considered)
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand aesthetics
Excellent communication and time management skills
Video editing skills are mandatory
applicants without video editing experience will not be considered.
Portfolio showcasing a range of creative and professional design work
